This policy is to ensure our clients know that we are only available to help fix server issues between 9AM-5PM Mon-Fri.
This doesn't mean we may not fix issues out of hours but usally it will only be fixed when in hours.
by agreeing to all our policy's you agree that you understand that using a HostAble Network for your server hosting, website hosting, domains, etc.
HostAble does it's best to ensure the servers are running but downtime can be expected sometimes with high usage.
We also do not take any responsibility for loss of clients if a server is to go down, you agree to this in the default T&S and we can't and won't be legally held for this.
